All orders placed on Mamaseliquid.com will receive free standard shipping. With free shipping, your order will be delivered 5-8 days after all items are available to ship. Please allow up to 24 hours for handling. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. See all shipping options during check out.
Due to holiday shipping surges, high volumes during transit may delay delivery. Please contact your shipping carrier to make a claim if twenty-four hours passes without a tracking update.
Mail will not depart the warehouse on federal holidays but all orders placed will go out the following business day. All orders placed on Black Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
If, in the event the package is delayed there are a few things you can do to make the experience easier. First, please contact the courier directly then contact us so we may make a note of the event and contact the courier as well. However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the courier. Postage on return packages will only be covered if you receive the wrong item or if the item you receive is defective. Also, if you ordered a specific juice and you receive a completely different juice/nicotine level. All sales on E Liquid are final. Due to the risk of product tampering, Mama’s Eliquid does not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.
We will only replace or credit items if they have been placed on a recall, have a manufacturer’s defect or have been damaged during shipping. You will be responsible for shipping costs.Please contact email@example.com for inquiries on returns or refunds.
All refunds or returns are processed at Union Street Brands LLC’s discretion.
If you are returning an item to us than you are responsible for shipping costs. Mama’s Eliquid honors a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects on our products. In order to receive credit for a manufacturer’s defect you must provide the following information:
- Receipt showing proof of purchase
- Original product packaging
- A picture or video demonstrating the defect
- A written explanation of the defect
